About the role
We are looking for 4 In‑House Predictive Specialists to join the Integrated Condition‑Based Maintenance Service. Vacancies are available in: Pucusana (1), Arequipa and Cusco (1), Trujillo (1), Zárate and Iquitos (1). The position is with Arca Continental. OCA Global is an international private‑equity group headquartered in Spain, engaged in inspection, certification, testing, consulting and training.
Responsibilities
- Execute predictive routes, measurements and preliminary analysis.
- Manage findings, reports and follow‑up of actions.
- Record information in the centralized platform and ensure traceability with SAP.
- Coordinate attention of predictive emergencies with senior specialists.
- Active participation in Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Requirements
Professional or technician in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering or related fields. Minimum 2 years of general and specific experience in predictive maintenance.
Skills / Certifications
- Vibration analysis: CAT II (ISO 18436‑2) – Mobius, SKF, Vibration Institute.
- Thermography: CAT II (ISO 18436‑7 or equivalent) – ASNT, Snell Group, Mobius.
- Ultrasonics: CAT II – UE Systems, SDT Ultrasound or equivalent accredited training.
Schedule
Service commitment: 1 year. Work schedule: Monday to Sunday in shifts: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm; 3:00 pm – 10:00 pm; 10:00 pm – 6:00 am. Shifts are not rotating, but assignment to any of the listed shifts may be required with one week’s notice.
