ESOP Administration Consultant
About the role
At Blue Ridge Associates, you will be a key resource to clients navigating the complex (and highly important) world of employee ownership (ESOPs). You'll manage the full cycle of ESOP plan administration and build long-term, trusted relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end client engagements
- Perform compliance testing, including 409(p), recordkeeping, distributions, and regulatory reporting
- Identify and solve technical plan issues
- Collaborate with internal teams and client contacts to ensure seamless service
Requirements
- 4+ years of direct ESOP administration experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Math, or a related field
- Advanced Excel proficiency & comfort with Microsoft Word
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage complex caseloads and work independently
- Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods
- Must be able to provide and maintain a distraction-free work environment, a professional workspace, and reliable high-speed internet connection.
Preferred Skills
- Working toward QKA or QPA certification
- Experience with other plan types (401(k), DB, CB, etc.)

Pay
The annual base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $115,000. This range represents the anticipated pay for this role across multiple U.S. labor markets and is intended as a general guideline. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the role, relevant experience, work location, education and training, key skills, internal equity, external market data, and current business considerations.
