Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including technical staff, corporate support, and program leadership, to support program initiatives.
- Facilitate the compilation of contractual deliverables, manage updates to program management artifacts, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure inputs are provided by defined milestones.
- Support the facilitation of program briefings and documents, collaborating with leadership to compile and finalize project artifacts, ensuring consistency in messaging, formatting, and delivery readiness.
- Schedule, organize, and facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops, ensuring agendas are clear, participants are prepared, and outcomes are actionable.
- Lead the execution of program events, such as off-site and remote meetings; responsible for location reservations, invites and participation confirmation, hospitality, and briefing development.
- Leverage best practices to provide program management support to high-priority projects, inclusive of meeting planning and execution, communications, documentation development, and status reporting.
- Capture and distribute meeting minutes, decisions, and action items, monitoring progress and following up to ensure accountability and closure.
- Develop and finalize standard operating procedures; may provide supplemental process development support for ESOM Domains - End User Operations and Enterprise Command Operations.
- Provide project oversight for customer-initiated requests, such as tool automations to enhance program operations and performance.
- Support other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Business or 2 years of technical education; 4 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.
- 2 years of cross-functional facilitation experience, with the ability to influence a variety of stakeholders to drive consensus and progress.
- 2 years of general program/project management experience; with prior exposure to scope, schedule, and budgeting concepts.
- Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word), and other project planning tools such as Visio.
- Quick Learner with integrity/honesty, good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Able to manage multiple, competing priorities and stakeholders with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong problem-solving, coaching, and teamwork skills.
- Able to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance.
- US Citizen or Green Card holder.
- Prior experience with data reporting solutions such as PowerBi/PowerApps.
- Understanding of government LCATs and contractual compliance.
- Information Technology knowledge.
- Associates Degree in Information Technology disciplines.
- Clearance Requirement: US Citizen or Green card holder; Willing and able to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance.
Benefits
The salary for this position is between $70,000 - $75,000 annually. Factors affecting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
