- Review complex documents such as purchase and sale agreements and lender instructions
- Comply with all state and federal laws governing escrow transactions and escrow accounts
- Prepare and deliver closing documents to clients and staff
- Perform administrative tasks
- A high school diploma/GED is required, a bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Previous experience closing escrow transactions is preferred
- An understanding of real estate contracts, the loan process, title insurance, and the escrow process
- A strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with computer software, including familiarity with title and escrow software
