About the role
This is an in-office position located at 10100 East US 36, Stes D and C, Avon, IN. We are looking to add an Escrow Assistant to our growing team. In this role you will work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting supporting our Escrow team in a variety of ways including customer support and administrative duties. This position plays a key role in making the dream of home ownership a reality.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the escrow process, such as opening orders, reading title commitments, and taking necessary steps to clear title
- Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process flow
- Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings
- Work with a variety of technologies to enable escrow transactions, assisting customers to ensure a phenomenal customer experience

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years escrow-related experience preferred

Pay
The pay range for this position is $18.46 - $24.63 hourly. The actual compensation offered will depend on a number of factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
