About the Role
Join our Medford, OR branch as an in-office Escrow Assistant (5 days a week) and apply your administrative, support, and interpersonal skills to support our Escrow team. This role plays a key part in making the dream of home ownership a reality by working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the escrow process, including opening orders, inputting closing statement information, preparing documents for closing, handling complete disbursement, and follow-up.
- Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process flow.
- Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings.
- Work with a variety of technologies to enable escrow transactions and assist customers to ensure a phenomenal customer experience.
Requirements
- Passion for helping customers while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with both internal teams and external customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and contribute to delivering beyond customer expectations.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and technologies.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of escrow-related experience preferred.
Pay
$18.46 - $24.63 hourly. This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements, and geographic location.
