About the role
Answer inbound phone calls, internet inquiries, and chats. Provide guests with timely, relevant responses to address customer questions and needs. Facilitate providing guests price and purchasing information. Generate sales and acquisition appointments. Manage organizers to stay up to date with follow up of all active guests. Adhere to specific outreach cadence required for new inquiries.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year call center or sales focused experience
- Able to set priorities, multi-task, and achieve goals
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work on a team
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly proficient in verbal phone skills
- Establish and maintain strong internal and external relationships
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must be adaptable to change
- Proficient using a computer
- Evening and weekend schedule availability required
