We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes "About The Role" (though heading is "About The Role" but we need to use

for section headings like About the role). There's "Key Responsibilities Within Assigned Territory" which is responsibilities. There's benefits section. There's no explicit Pay or Schedule details. There's "Competitive pay based on experience" but that's vague; we should not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. The instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." Benefits we have explicit list, so include Benefits. Pay: "Competitive pay based on experience" is vague but it's still stating pay is competitive based on experience. Is that considered stating them? It says "Competitive pay based on experience". That's a statement about pay, albeit not specific numbers. The rule: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state pay (competitive pay based on experience). So we could include a Pay section with that sentence. However also "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Might be okay to include Pay with that line. Schedule: no mention. So omit Schedule. Requirements, Qualifications, Skills: The posting does not have explicit separate sections for those; they are embedded within responsibilities. We should not create empty sections. So only include About the role, Responsibilities, Benefits, Pay (maybe). Also maybe "About The Role" heading should be "About the role". Use

. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to copy the prose exactly? We can reformat but keep content. For About the role: we have paragraph starting "The ES Regional Service Lead participates..." We'll put that in

. For Responsibilities: we have a list of duties after "Key Responsibilities Within Assigned Territory". It's a long paragraph with sentences separated by periods. We need to convert to

  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need to split each duty into list items. The text: "Deliver budgeted Revenue & Gross Margin objectives related to ES Projects, Planned Maintenance Agreements and General Parts & Service operations.Provide leadership & guidance in the effort to grow ES aftermarket revenue base, while ensuring proper job planning, timely delivery of services, quality of workmanship, customer satisfaction and subordinate performance & development objectives.Participates in hiring, development, safety training & evaluation of employees to ensure safe, high-level performance, engagement and retention.Aligns installer staffing levels & skills sets with workload to optimize employee productivity.Holds team accountable for all key metrics including the timely processing of related work orders and open parts tickets to minimize WIP and A/R matters while optimizing cashflow.Hold subordinates accountable for timely and professional resolutions to employee and customer inquiries and complaints. Makes preemptive & reactive visits to key accounts as needed to deepen rapport, set expectations, resolve differences and foster employee/customer satisfaction.Facilitates Project Manager & customer labor requests to schedule and provide appropriately skilled installers, including self as necessary, for the fulfillment of quoted projects.Leverages the ERP and related software & reports to optimize the planning and delivery of service schedules and maintenance plans.Monitors and evaluates team performance; shares results with team and provides coaching and support to address shortfalls.Works in harmony with other departments and outside vendors to optimize processes in the pursuit of revenue growth, business retention and employee development.Manages for optimum vehicle inventories, tools, safety programming and vehicle maintenance to avoid unnecessary downtime and plan for replacements of same.Performs performance and salary reviews to optimize performance & reduce employee turnover.Escalates concerns as appropriate to optimize performance & avoid unnecessary risk.Contributes to the development of best practices and strives to hold to those standards.Willingly takes on special projects as assigned to optimize the business." We need to split each sentence into
  • . Ensure we keep the content exactly. Also note some sentences start with capital letter after period. We'll split at periods that end a sentence. Some sentences have abbreviations like "WIP and A/R". That's fine. We'll produce
    • ...
    • ...
. For Benefits: we have list after "Benefits". The paragraph: "All offers are contingent on passing a pre-employment drug test and background check. Burwell Material Handling is a drug-free workplace. Competitive pay based on experience Excellent benefits – Medical, Dental, Vision, Accident, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, and 401K with Company Match Progressive Paid Time Off and Holidays – starting with 3 weeks PTO in your first year Paid parental leave for moms and dads Opportunities for growth and internal promotion Annual Community Impact Day – paid volunteer time in the places we work and live Our goal is to improve the quality of work life by using fair and consistent treatment and providing equal growth opportunities for all team members. We are an equal opportunity employer as defined by federal, state or local laws. If you're looking to build a meaningful career, we’re excited to support your goals and help you grow with us." We need to extract benefits list: "Excellent benefits – Medical, Dental, Vision, Accident, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, and 401K with Company Match Progressive Paid Time Off and Holidays – starting with 3 weeks PTO in your first year Paid parental leave for moms and dads Opportunities for growth and internal promotion Annual Community Impact Day – paid volunteer time in the places we work and live". Also there is statement about drug test etc. That's not a benefit but could be included in benefits section as prose? The instruction: Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. So we need to separate list items (benefits) into

      • . The rest can be

        . Thus Benefits section:

        Benefits

        then maybe a

for the first sentences about drug test etc, then

        • for each benefit item. Benefits list items: "Medical", "Dental", "Vision", "Accident", "Short-Term Disability", "Long-Term Disability", "Life Insurance", "401K with Company Match", "Progressive Paid Time Off and Holidays – starting with 3 weeks PTO in your first year", "Paid parental leave for moms and dads", "Opportunities for growth and internal promotion", "Annual Community Impact Day – paid volunteer time in the places we work and live". We need to preserve the exact phrasing. Ensure we keep the dash and etc. Pay section: we have "Competitive pay based on experience". That's a statement. Could be a

under Pay heading. Also there is mention earlier "Competitive pay based on experience" appears also in benefits paragraph. Actually it's duplicated. We'll include Pay section with that sentence. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We must output only HTML fragment. Thus final HTML:

          Pay

          Competitive pay based on experience

Check for any duplicated content: The benefits paragraph also had "Competitive pay based on experience" which we moved to Pay section; we removed it from benefits paragraph. The benefits paragraph originally: "All offers are contingent on passing a pre-employment drug test and background check. We removed the "Competitive pay based on experience" from that paragraph, leaving the first two sentences. Then we listed benefits. The
