About the role
Reporting to the Director of Program Management, you will manage a team of 4-6 Project Managers and Project Specialists, overseeing the full range of emergency spill response management and supervision required for successful project completion. With a strong focus on safety and quality, you will organize, lead, and ensure projects achieve appropriate regulatory closure. Additionally, you will support the sales and marketing process by providing input to align client expectations and drive service growth.
Responsibilities
- Review project reports for approval prior to customer delivery and provide guidelines for project deliverables.
- Write SOP policies for operations on each new retail contract.
- Coordinate implementation of new contracts, including system setup for pricing, invoicing, and scheduling, and review this information with all affected groups.
- Work with sales and operations to ensure all customer expectations are met once a new contract is implemented.
- Serve as the single point of contact for customers to discuss and resolve invoicing, pickup, and scheduling issues, collaborating with local sales and operations groups to address them.
- Provide management with update reports on each account and any outstanding issues.
- Review contracts for accuracy prior to submittal to customers and confirm teams will meet all customer deadline requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field. Alternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at different levels and with customers.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Field experience.

Pay
Recruiting pay range: $87,000–$110,000, with potential for a 15% operational bonus.
