ERP/WMS Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage Direct Reports (~4).
• Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of ERP/WMS team.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws.
• Interview, hire, and train employees; plan, assign, and direct work, appraise performance, reward, and discipline employees; address complaints and resolve problems.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to implement new tools or modules of ERP, WMS, and related solutions.
• Monitor interfaces and integrations of warehouse management and ERP systems.
• Resolve access and user performance issues.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve enterprise system issues: hardware and software.
• Configure and support printers, scanners, and mobile devices used with ERP and WMS.
• Design and develop integrations and customizations.
• Coordinate resources for testing and validating patches and upgrades.
• Support key users in testing and configuring related systems.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and reports.
• Show subject matter expertise in ERP and warehouse management systems.
• Mentor and train team members in administration of ERP, WMS, and related tools.
• Implement CI/CD processes for ERP, WMS, and related systems.
• Ensure user expectations are met.
• Create and maintain work instructions and procedures including system and user manuals, documentation, change logs, and wikis.
• Escalate and coordinate problems with regional and global IT management as required.
• Stay current on emerging technologies through training, independent research, and involvement with standards-setting Liebherr groups.
• Provide timely reporting on team progress and own assignments.

Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or computer science and five years demonstrated work experience in an enterprise resource planning and/or warehouse management support role; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of two years’ experience managing multiple direct reports.

Pay Range: $127,000 - $164,000
