ERP Systems Manager - JD Edwards
About the role
Serve as the primary owner and subject matter expert for JD Edwards (EnterpriseOne 9.2).
Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for ERP and related business applications.
Partner with business leaders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Configure and enhance JD Edwards, including event rules, orchestrations, and custom objects.
Develop and maintain reporting solutions using One View Reporting, BI Publisher, and dashboards.
Support integrations with shop floor, inventory, and operational systems.
Lead and contribute to ERP-related projects including upgrades, migrations, and system enhancements.
Ensure data integrity, system security, and support SOX compliance requirements.
Act as a key liaison between IT and business stakeholders across multiple locations.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with JD Edwards (EnterpriseOne 9.2 preferred)
- Strong functional knowledge across manufacturing, supply chain, or financial modules
- Experience with JD Edwards development tools (event rules, orchestrations, reporting)
- Background supporting ERP systems in a manufacturing or multi-site environment
- Experience with One View Reporting, BI Publisher, EDI, and SQL
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Qualifications
- Nice to have: Experience with IBM Power Systems, structured programming (C++ or similar), experience supporting ERP consolidations or multi-entity environments, and open to travel.
