ERP Systems Analyst 1
Responsibilities
- Support for applications relating to raw materials procurement, orders, machine scheduling, production, product testing, finished goods inventory, invoicing and sales reporting.
- Research innovative technologies that can increase the organization’s efficiency and effectiveness.
- Validate system results by writing and executing test cases.
- Actively troubleshoot issues with application systems by working with end users, vendors, Tier 2 Support and developers to resolve them.
- Retrieve and manage data from various systems.
- Implement new workflow solutions by preparing and evaluating alternative options.
- Document and train end users on best practices.
- Work with a sense of urgency in solving issues, removing roadblocks and improving the user experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working within manufacturing principles and associated business processes.
- Experience using SQL.
- Experience configuring integrated manufacturing systems is a plus.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Kiwiplan or Amtech manufacturing applications a plus.
- Help Desk background is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Able to work on multiple priorities effectively.
- Customer service focus on the ability to positively interact directly with end users.
- Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills.
- High level of emotional intelligence.
- Collaborative team first mentality.
- Inquisitive personality with a can-do/positive outlook.
