ERP Systems Analyst
Job Overview
We’re looking for a technical problem-solver who enjoys building smart solutions that connect product design to manufacturing. In this role, you’ll work across ERP, CPQ, and R&D systems to develop and support the calculations and logic that drive our made-to-order products. This is a hands-on role where you’ll design, build, and improve systems that directly impact how products are manufactured—while also partnering closely with teams across the business.
Highlights of your role
- Build & Improve Systems (Core of the Role)
- Design and develop solutions that support product calculations and manufacturing automation
- Translate product designs and specs from R&D into system logic and outputs
- Create and maintain database objects (tables, procedures, scripts, reports, etc.)
- Analyze system needs and implement updates that improve performance and scalability
- Test thoroughly to ensure accuracy, reliability, and minimal downstream impact
- Troubleshoot issues in production and keep systems running smoothly
- Be a Technical Leader
- Lead development work for complex product calculations
- Provide guidance and mentorship to other analysts on the team
- Establish best practices for development, testing, and documentation
- Act as a go-to resource for technical design and problem-solving
- Partner Across the Business
- Work closely with R&D to understand product designs and calculation requirements
- Partner with manufacturing teams to ensure outputs meet automation needs
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to move projects forward
- Support order management teams with the data and system outputs they rely on
- Keep Things Stable & Running
- Monitor and maintain system performance
- Reduce errors, downtime, and technical debt
- Ensure new changes don’t negatively impact existing processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working with ERP or enterprise systems
- Strong programming and database skills (PL/SQL or similar, plus solid query skills)
- Experience designing and building scalable system solutions
- Comfort working with complex data, logic, and calculations
- Ability to interpret technical specs, product designs, or engineering documentation
- Strong problem-solving skills—you don’t stop at the first answer
- Clear communication skills—you can work across technical and non-technical teams
- Self-driven and organized, with a high attention to detail
- Experience with Oracle tools (PL/SQL, Forms, APEX)
- Background supporting manufacturing or made-to-order environments
- Familiarity with CPQ or product configuration systems

Pay
$83,000 - $110,000 annually
