L2 Brands is a multi-brand apparel company home to League, Legacy, Ouray, Locale, and Wild Tribute. We are seeking a dedicated ERP Support Specialist to join our IT team in Hanover, PA and help keep our business running smoothly through fast, reliable support of our ERP systems.
About the Role
The ERP Support Specialist manages and resolves ERP-related support tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution of data-related issues. This role is critical to maintaining smooth operations by addressing user requests and performing data fixes through intermediate-level SQL queries and scripts.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming ERP support tickets, prioritizing and resolving them efficiently to minimize disruption to business processes
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and execute data corrections and queries within a Microsoft SQL Server environment
- Collaborate closely with departments across the organization, clearly communicating solutions, timelines, and status updates
- Document solutions and maintain accurate records of issue resolutions to support future problem-solving and knowledge sharing
- Identify recurring issues and suggest proactive solutions or improvements to minimize future occurrences
- Work on special projects as needed
Requirements
- Intermediate proficiency in SQL, particularly querying and manipulating data
- Experience supporting or interacting with ERP systems, ideally within environments using Microsoft SQL
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface effectively across multiple departments and user groups
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills, with attention to detail
- The ability to manage shifting priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Schedule
- Full-time, office position
- Hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm daily
- Occasional evenings and weekends as business needs require
