ERP Support For HCM

About the role

The consultant will provide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) support services for Oracle Fusion and legacy Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. The role includes participating in the upgrade and migration of on-prem Oracle PeopleSoft (PS) Human Capital Management (HCM) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications to Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Oracle Fusion (OF). The consultant will also participate in the upgrade of on-prem Oracle PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) applications and associated tools such as PeopleTools, ensuring functionality works as designed in Oracle Fusion SaaS and the on-prem PeopleSoft Financials application.

Responsibilities

• Provide development support for customer-requested features and functionality for ERP systems.
• Collaborate with the ERP team and business users to analyze and design solutions for customer-requested features.
• Assist the ERP team with Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and Oracle PeopleSoft applications.
• Support Oracle Fusion HCM implementation activities and review and validate fixes deployed by developers in production and test environments.
• Conduct ongoing knowledge transfer sessions with the ERP team on complex development work and incident resolution.
• Organize and conduct regular knowledge transfer sessions on complex design and development techniques.
• Document technical processes and resolutions for future reference.
• Share insights from previous incident resolutions to improve incident handling.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of experience as an Oracle PeopleSoft Developer providing legacy application support.
• Demonstrated experience with Oracle Fusion implementations, migrations, and data cleanup.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience developing data strategies and implementations for Oracle PeopleSoft HCM.
• Minimum of 10 years of technical expertise in data consolidation and migration to cloud-based platforms.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting Oracle Cloud products and SaaS applications.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting Oracle databases and related infrastructure.
