About the role
You will serve as a key Oracle HCM Cloud expert, responsible for configuring, supporting, and optimizing HR systems that enable business operations and strategy. This role partners closely with IT and business stakeholders to ensure seamless system performance, integrations, and continuous improvement across enterprise applications and data environments.
Responsibilities
- Oracle HCM Cloud subject matter expert across ORC, Core HR, Time & Absence, Benefits, Performance Management, and Workforce Compensation
- Perform hands-on configuration across both functional and technical components
- Build and maintain strong understanding of enterprise application topology
- Orchestrate integration strategy between HCM/ERP cloud and downstream systems
- Develop data migration strategies and advise on data privacy and audit best practices
- Strengthen systems and data foundation to enable broader business strategy
- Partner with Business Analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements for enhancements, reports, integrations, and conversions
- Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation
- Manage and resolve Oracle Service Requests with Oracle Support
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, perform unit testing, and support implementation and deployment activities
Requirements
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle EBS, or PeopleSoft (middleware tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud or PeopleSoft Integration Broker is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Technical foundation in software development (Java, PL/SQL, Web Services)
- Experience supporting integrations and data migration strategies
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work across both technical and functional domains
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and business processes
Qualifications
