Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Participate in ERP Workforce Management projects individually or as part of a team, providing expertise during implementation, upgrade, or optimization projects.
- Collaborate with the customer's project team to leverage Infor solutions, offering guidance and knowledge to the team.
- Work collaboratively to capture design and document requirements, test functional and/or technical configurations, and develop solutions in support of project objectives.
- Participate and/or conduct workshops to provide knowledge transfer and/or training to customer resources.
- Conduct interviews to gather, analyze, and document information and business requirements, understanding industry trends and correlating them to existing service offerings.
- Identify potential business opportunities and notify Project Management or Business Development.
- Contribute to proposals, presentations, and other business development activities as a subject matter expert.
- Understand and adhere to established project management policies and procedures, utilizing established project standards.
- Identify potential risks, issues, and concerns or conflicts in a timely manner and present to project leadership.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and ownership of work product and work in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Maintain regular, consistent attendance and open communication with Project Managers, other Directors, and VPs.
- Complete all annual education/competency requirements; demonstrate ROI core values, adhere to policies and procedures.
- Target 85% billable; available to travel 25-50% of the time.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent); minimum 5 years ERP-based consulting or equivalent work experience desired and relevant.
- Infor product certification(s).
- Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Human Capital practices including Time and Attendance, Scheduling, Absence Management, Labor Forecasting HRMS technologies, and Human Capital metrics combined with knowledge or experience with Infor analytic solutions.
- Strong technical, system administration, configuration, integration, and development acumen, with knowledge of principals, standards, and leading practices in system configurations and development standards.
- Expert knowledge of SQL with the ability to write complex SQL queries in Oracle Databases, Microsoft SQL server, and/or PostgreSQL.
- Experience in functional design, implementation, and support of the Infor Workforce Management (WFM), Workbrain framework, and CloudSuite HCM solutions including Global HR and the Talent Management solutions.
- Experience in Process Flow/IPA, Interface Development, Security, HTML/Java Script, JSON, Landmark, and Infor System Administration.
- Initiative to gain knowledge of current solutions and/or technologies in order to maintain and advance expertise.
- Willingness to participate in presentations and learning opportunities with both functional and technical teams.
