Responsibilities
- Manage the UKG Pro platform as the lead system administrator, maintaining dependable performance and day-to-day stability.
- Oversee application setup including workflows, business logic, permissions, and role-based access to align with operational needs.
- Diagnose technical and functional issues, determine underlying causes, and partner with internal stakeholders and vendor support teams to resolve them efficiently.
- Cook up system upgrades and new feature rollouts, including testing, validation, and deployment activities.
- Build and refine reports and dashboards that provide meaningful insights for business and operational teams.
- Conduct routine audits and data reviews to uphold accuracy, compliance, and adherence to organizational standards.
- Support data movement activities such as imports, exports, integrations, and file handling across connected systems.
- Prepare and maintain clear documentation for configurations, procedures, and support practices, while also creating user guides and delivering training when needed.
- Track incoming support requests, respond with strong customer service, and collaborate with business partners on system enhancements, HR technology initiatives, implementations, and process improvements.
Requirements
- Holding hands-on experience administering UKG Pro or a comparable enterprise HR, ERP, CRM, or BI platform.
- Having a background in system configuration management, including workflows, rules, security settings, and user provisioning.
- Being able to gather, interpret, and document business needs through clear business requirements documentation.
- Having experience supporting reporting, dashboard creation, data validation, and audit processes.
- Familiarity with integrations, file transfers, data imports and exports, and API-related work.
- Having a working knowledge of client-side scripting and platform customization concepts.
- Having strong troubleshooting, communication, and end-user support skills in cross-functional environments.
- Having experience with Salesforce development or related enterprise application support is a plus.
