ERP Project Support

Responsibilities

• Work with functional user groups to develop custom solutions to fit business needs.
• Develop core processes and resulting documentation to facilitate training and process discussions.
• Test experimental procedures within ERP system and validate outcomes.
• Communicate with executives regarding project status, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Develop custom reporting documents within Syspro ERP.
• Manage technical issues with Syspro Support team.
• Learn multiple software suites supporting Syspro ERP Software and Application management.

Requirements

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Monday.com.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a field related to Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
• Equivalent training and experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Software.

Skills Preferred

• Experience with Syspro ERP Software.
• Understanding of business best practices as well as Six Sigma, Lean, and Agile Methodologies.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and Report Building software.
• 2-3 Years of ERP experience.
• 1-2 Years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
