Position Summary
As an ERP Product Manager at Ashley Furniture Industries, you will define the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for products supporting our Finance and INFOR ERP ecosystem. You will own a portfolio of enterprise capabilities that enable critical business processes across Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations, delivering scalable solutions that drive operational efficiency and business value.
You will modernize enterprise platforms, optimize business processes, and lead product discovery, prioritization, platform enhancements, integrations, and upgrades. As the voice of the customer, you will balance business priorities, technical feasibility, and user needs to maximize product adoption and measurable outcomes.

- Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for ERP and enterprise applications.
- Ensure investments deliver operational efficiencies, improved user experiences, and measurable business outcomes.
- Lead ERP Product Strategy
- Partner with business stakeholders to shape the future of Ashley's ERP ecosystem.
- Drive prioritization and execution of ERP enhancements, integrations, upgrades, process improvements, and modernization initiatives.
- Champion Agile Excellence and Team Effectiveness
- Serve as an Agile leader focused on continuous improvement and team optimization.
- Evaluate team health, delivery effectiveness, backlog quality, stakeholder engagement, and Agile maturity to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build processes that increase predictability, quality, and speed of delivery.
- Translate Complex Business Processes into Product Solutions
- Develop a deep understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other enterprise business functions.
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritized roadmaps.
- Drive Cross-Functional Alignment
- Partner closely with business leaders, architects, engineers, and operations teams to align priorities, manage dependencies, and ensure successful delivery of business-critical capabilities.
- Manage Enterprise Platform Integrations
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations between ERP platforms and other enterprise systems, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of Product Management, Product Ownership, or related experience supporting ERP or enterprise business applications.
- Experience working on ERP implementations, upgrades, major enhancements, migrations, or integrations.
- Experience partnering closely with engineering teams in Agile environments.
- Experience supporting Finance, Accounting, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, or other enterprise business functions.
- Experience driving organizational or team process improvements through Agile principles and product management best practices.
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and enterprise business processes.
- Experience with platforms such as Infor, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP solutions.
- Ability to articulate how ERP platforms differ from customer-facing systems and how core business functions interact within an ERP ecosystem.
- Understanding of key ERP domains such as Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory, Supply Chain, Order Management, or Human Resources.
- Experience leading ERP-related initiatives, including implementations, upgrades, integrations, migrations, and feature enhancements.
- Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, product discovery, backlog management, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to assess the effectiveness of a product team through delivery metrics, stakeholder feedback, backlog health, team engagement, release predictability, and business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, APIs, integrations, and cross-system dependencies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
