About the role
Responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s ERP and CRM systems.
Responsibilities
- Oversee system maintenance and updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features
- Provide technical support and training to users
- Analyze system performance and make recommendations for improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP and CRM administration
- Proficiency in SQL and database management
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Qualifications
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or similar systems
- Knowledge of cloud-based solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
- Technical proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot complex issues

Schedule
