for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the posting.
First paragraph: Johnstone Supply description. That's about the company, maybe "About the role"? Actually "About the role" could be a brief description of the role. The posting includes a description of the company and then "Now is the best time to join Johnstone Supply . Relationship-building is the key..." That's more about company. Could be "About the role" or maybe we can treat as "About the role". But we need to decide.
Then "Responsibilities" heading present in posting. Under that, there are many bullet-like paragraphs: Business Knowledge, D365 F&O Project Delivery, Primary Ongoing D365 F&O Responsibilities, Legacy & Ancillary Applications, Facilitating Business Relationships & Workstream Knowledge, Transition To Operations, Governance & Collaboration. Those are subheadings but we can treat them as list items under Responsibilities.
Then "Qualifications" heading present. Under that: "To perform this job successfully..." then "Education and/or Experience:" etc. Also "Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations : There are no certificates, licenses, or registrations required for this role." Then sections: Technical Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities; Process Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities; Communication Skills.
Then later "Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (In Office Position)" and "Pay Range: $120,000.00 - $170,000.00". Also later repeated "Compensation Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Pay Range: $120,000.00 - $170,000.00". So we have Schedule and Pay.
Then "Benefit Overview" section with benefits.
Thus we need sections: About the role (maybe from intro), Responsibilities, Qualifications (maybe combine Education/Experience etc), Skills (maybe combine Technical, Process, Communication), Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not needed.
We need to use for each section heading. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include details like responsibilities bullet points, qualifications details, etc.
We must not repeat job title. Not include Job ID.
We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. At end there is "EOE & E-Verify Participating Employer." That's EEO boilerplate; remove. Also "Compensation Shift:" duplicate; we already have shift and pay.
We need to ensure we don't include "Physical Demand" etc? That is substantive? It's about physical demands; maybe we can include under Qualifications? But not a standard heading. Could be part of Qualifications? The instruction says use headings only for those specific categories. If content doesn't fit, we could still include as prose under Qualifications or maybe under Responsibilities? Physical demand is not a responsibility but a job requirement. Could be placed under Qualifications as a list item. But we need to preserve all substantive info. So we should include it somewhere.
Similarly "Company Values" is substantive; could be under Qualifications? Or maybe under About the role? Might be better to include as a separate section? Not in allowed headings list. Could fold into Qualifications or About the role. Since we prefer few substantive sections, we could include under Qualifications as a list item.
Similarly "Benefit Overview" is Benefits.
We need to avoid duplication: The shift and pay appear twice; we should include once.
Now craft HTML.
Structure:
