About the role
The New ERP Analyst, M&A will own end-to-end data conversion for M&A integrations, support legal entity design and intercompany configuration, execute system configuration, plan and execute testing cycles, and collaborate with the M&A PM and enablement functions to build and maintain standardized data templates, integration SOPs, and reusable training materials.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end data conversion for M&A integrations: extract source data, map to Oracle templates, derive business rules for undefined fields, validate data quality and leverage AI tools to eliminate manual work and build repeatable processes for future acquisitions
- Support legal entity design and intercompany configuration for new acquisitions, translating operational, accounting and legal requirements into application design decisions for ERP and satellite system teams
- Execute system configuration for new Oracle legal entities across workstreams: DTB (Design to Build), WMS (Warehouse/Inventory Operations), PTP (Procure to Pay), OTC (Order to Cash), PTC (Projects to Close), and RTR (Record to Report)
- Plan and execute testing cycles, build and run test cases, resolve defects, and drive root cause and resolution with satellite system teams (Teamcenter, Forge, Salesforce, MRPSpeed)
- Travel onsite to acquired companies to lead discovery sessions, demos, deliver hands-on ERP training, and provide Go-Live and Hypercare support
- Collaborate with the M&A PM and enablement functions to build and maintain standardized data templates, integration SOPs, and reusable training materials (videos, guides) that scale the team's playbook across future acquisitions
- Partner with cross-functional satellite tool teams (PLM/Teamcenter, Forge/MES, Salesforce, WMS) to coordinate configuration changes and test dependencies on acquisition timelines
- Operate in agile/sprint-based delivery: own your workstream, hit sprint milestones, surface blockers early, and keep integration programs moving without being told what to do next
- Contribute to and maintain the M&A ERP knowledge base, capture design decisions, configuration documentation, and lessons learned in Airtable and Quip so future integrations start further ahead
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion ERP experience, including configuration, data conversion/loading, and end-to-end testing (M&A integration or rapid deployment experience strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated experience executing data migrations: extracting source data, mapping to target templates, validating quality, and coordinating loads
- Strong understanding of legal entity and intercompany transaction design — experience configuring new legal entities in Oracle Fusion is a significant plus
- Prior experience at Big 4 consulting firms in ERP implementation practices
- Aerospace & Defense, complex manufacturing, or government contracting industry background
- Experience building reusable enablement content — training videos, SOPs, how-to guides — for end users who are new to ERP systems
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%, including to acquired company sites domestically and internationally, for discovery, onboarding, testing, and Go-live support
- U.S. Person status required (access to export-controlled data)
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
