ERP AnalystLocation: Cincinnati, OH Duration: 3–6 Month Contract Work Arrangement: Onsite/HybridPosition OverviewOur client is seeking an experienced SYSPRO ERP Analyst to help maximize the value and functionality of their existing SYSPRO environment. This person will evaluate how the system is currently being utilized, identify opportunities for improvement, and work closely with business users and IT to optimize processes and functionality.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze the current SYSPRO environment and identify underutilized functionality.Recommend and implement improvements to ERP processes and workflows.Support SYSPRO users across manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, finance, and related business functions.Assist with system configuration, reporting, data, and troubleshooting.Partner with business stakeholders to identify system and process improvements.Provide user guidance and training on SYSPRO functionality.Help improve the overall efficiency and utilization of the company's ERP system.QualificationsHands-on experience with SYSPRO ERP in a manufacturing or distribution environment.Previous experience as an ERP Analyst, ERP Administrator, ERP Consultant, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role.Strong understanding of ERP processes and business operations.Experience identifying opportunities to improve ERP utilization and business processes.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and quickly make an impact in a short-term project environment.
