Erp Analyst
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes and translate operational requirements into ERP system configurations and solutions.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize ERP modules including finance, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, and sales to support business operations.
- Troubleshoot ERP system issues, identify root causes, and resolve errors in coordination with internal IT teams or external vendors.
- Maintain and improve ERP master data such as items, vendors, customers, bills of materials (BOMs), and pricing to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support management reporting and decision-making.
- Create and maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user training materials to support consistent system use.
- Assist with system integrations between the ERP and related systems such as CRM, warehouse management systems (WMS), and eCommerce platforms.
- Support ERP users in a functional or analyst capacity by answering questions, resolving issues, and recommending best practices.
- Collaborate with third-party ERP vendors or consultants to implement changes, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Contribute to ERP implementation projects or system upgrades by gathering requirements, testing, and supporting go-live activities.
- Use tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL to perform data entry, reconciliation, analysis, and reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on ERP system experience.
- Strong understanding of business processes, particularly in finance, supply chain, and operations.
- Proven experience supporting ERP users in a functional or analyst role.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical or system solutions.
- Practical experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, Oracle, or Infor.
- Experience with ERP implementations or system upgrades.
- Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI and SQL.
- Proficiency with ERP-related data entry, inventory management, and reconciliation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication skills to work with stakeholders, users, IT teams, and external vendors.
Qualifications
- Manufacturing or distribution industry experience.
- Experience working with third-party ERP vendors or consultants.
- Experience with system integrations between ERP and related systems such as CRM, WMS, or eCommerce platforms.
- Advanced Excel skills for data entry, reconciliation, and analysis.
- Familiarity with maintaining ERP master data including items, vendors, customers, BOMs, and pricing.
- Experience creating system documentation, SOPs, and user training materials.
- Exposure to developing or maintaining reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.

About the Role
This role follows a standard Monday through Friday schedule, working five days per week. Typical hours are flexible within ranges such as 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., providing some flexibility to align with business and personal needs. The position may require overtime, including 10-hour days, somewhat frequently to support critical system activities, implementations, upgrades, or issue resolution. The work environment is technology-driven, with frequent use of ERP systems, reporting tools such as Power BI, and SQL-based queries to support data analysis and reporting.
