ERP Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Analyst to serve as the link between business operations and technology. This role will provide ERP expertise, optimize business processes and ensure seamless integration and data flow across ERP, Salesforce, Coupa, Finance and other enterprise systems. Location: Palo Alto, CA. Relocation Assistance: No.

Responsibilities

• ERP Optimization: Provide functional and technical support ensuring ERP configurations align with business requirements.
• Systems Integration: Support integrations between the ERP and third-party platforms, including Salesforce, Coupa and Finance applications.
• Process Improvement: Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies and develop scalable solutions and automation.
• Technical Documentation: Create functional specifications, data maps, workflows and other technical documentation for developers and stakeholders.
• Data Integrity: Oversee data migration and synchronization across systems to maintain accurate and consistent financial and operational data.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience focused on ERP systems.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as Infor CSI/SyteLine, SAP, Oracle ERP Cloud, Infor, or NetSuite.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI/SyteLine) strongly preferred.
• Experience with ERP integrations, data warehouses, Power BI, and other enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of core ERP modules and end-to-end business processes.
• Ability to query databases and understand APIs and middleware used for system integrations.
• Experience with Infor ERP or similar platforms (CSI/Syteline preferred)
• Knowledge of BI tools for ERP reporting and visualization (Power BI certification a plus)
• Relevant certifications such as Infor, Salesforce, Coupa, Six Sigma, APICS CPIM/CSCP, or Project Management certifications preferred
• Must have a stable employment history

Pay

Salary: 100-130K
