Position Summary
The ERP Analyst supports the administration, optimization, and ongoing improvement of the organization’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, with a primary focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
Key Responsibilities
- Aid in managing the lifecycle of Sandbox and Production environments, coordinating with Microsoft on platform updates.
- Assist with configuration of core ERP modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Inventory Management, Production Control).
- Oversee the cleaning, mapping, and migration of legacy data into D365 using DMF and Excel Add-ins.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integrations between D365 and external systems (CRM, Payroll, E-commerce platforms).
- Serve as Tier 2/3 support for end-users, troubleshooting system issues and how-to questions.
- Validate integration data flow; conduct unit and integrated testing of MSP/ISV code prior to UAT.
- Schedule and facilitate discovery sessions, steering committee meetings, and daily stand-ups.
- Document key decisions, risks, and action items.
- Consolidate team updates to produce weekly status reports for stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation within SharePoint/Teams with proper version control.
- Cook up training logistics and ensure accessibility of training materials and recordings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2–5 years of ERP system support or implementation experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 required.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
