Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and providing end user support
- Training end users
- Work on ERP related projects including new implementations, enhancements, integrations, support, and other special projects
- Create tutorials and workflows for business reference
- Build a strong relationship with the users through project implementation, ensure the delivery of the project and solution is satisfactory to the business users
- Participate in the integration of companies on a common ERP platform
- Escalate issues during the project implementation
- Assist in go-live support of end users
- Analyze and troubleshoot the project related issues and manage communications with the vendor including the ability to handle escalated issues
- Train and support other team members in implementing and supporting the end users
- Actively participate in career development activities
Qualifications
- Must have High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelors’ degree preferred
- Experience supporting Epicor Prophet 21 Distribution software is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience with functional activities of ERP
- Strong communicator – verbal and written
- Organizational skills to include the ability to self-manage assignments and manage work on multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish
