Responsibilities

• Absess ergonomic risks
• Conduct detailed analyses
• Recommend actionable improvements
• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored solutions

Requirements

• Hold a B.S. or M.S. in Kinesiology, Industrial Engineering, Human Factors, Occupational Biomechanics, Ergonomics, or a related discipline
• Possess 1-2 years of experience in industrial ergonomics
• Experience in automotive or manufacturing environments
• Experience or certification in ergonomic assessment tools (e.g., NIOSH equations, RULA, REBA, Digital Human Modeling) is preferred
• Display strong communication skills, including experience creating reports and delivering presentations to client contacts
• Willing to travel for occasional local site visits and regular travel between client facilities
