Responsibilities
- Absess ergonomic risks
- Conduct detailed analyses
- Recommend actionable improvements
- Collaborate with clients to develop tailored solutions
Requirements
- Hold a B.S. or M.S. in Kinesiology, Industrial Engineering, Human Factors, Occupational Biomechanics, Ergonomics, or a related discipline
- Possess 1-2 years of experience in industrial ergonomics
- Experience in automotive or manufacturing environments
- Experience or certification in ergonomic assessment tools (e.g., NIOSH equations, RULA, REBA, Digital Human Modeling) is preferred
- Display strong communication skills, including experience creating reports and delivering presentations to client contacts
- Willing to travel for occasional local site visits and regular travel between client facilities
