ER Lead Finance Manager

One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking an experienced Lead Finance Manager to serve as Key Personnel supporting a potential Federal Government customer at DC3. The position will provide financial analysis, budget planning, execution, forecasting, and resource-management support for highly technical programs and projects. This position is tied to a future business opportunity. Key Responsibilities Provide financial analysis, planning, and execution supportSupport budget formulation, execution, forecasting, and financial documentationResearch and analyze financial and manpower data from Government systems, databases, and recordsIdentify financial trends, anomalies, and potential resource gapsSupport development of long-range financial plans and detailed budget forecastsDevelop and support multi-year funding profilesMonitor execution of approved financial plansProvide data-driven financial and resource-management analysis and recommendations Required Qualifications Candidates must meet all of the following requirements: Current TS/SCI clearanceU.S. CitizenOne of the following education/experience combinations:Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years of relevant experience;Master's degree plus 8+ years of relevant experience; orPhD plus 5+ years of relevant experienceDemonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive budget and data analysis supporting financial planning and executionExtensive experience with manpower and budgetary databases, including:Automated Budget Interactive Data Environment System (ABIDES);interlink Resource Management Information System (iRMIS); andProgram Budget Execution System (PBES)Deep knowledge of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting & Execution (PPBE) process and its application to financial decision-making and resource allocationProven success proactively managing tasks and collaborating with stakeholders at all organizational levels to achieve strategic objectivesExceptional organizational and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to communicate complex information and build consensus in written and oral forums About One Federal Solution One Federal Solution (OFS) is an innovative Professional Services provider with over 20 years of experience supporting Defense and Civilian agencies.
