Equity Capital Markets (ECM) Analyst

About the role

This position offers an opportunity to work in the dynamic field of equity capital markets. You will be part of a team responsible for underwriting and structuring equity offerings, providing financial analysis, and managing relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fundamental and technical research on companies and industries to support investment decisions
• Prepare and present financial models and reports to clients and management
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain client relationships to build long-term business opportunities
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience in equity capital markets or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and other financial modeling tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Knowledge of equity capital markets principles and practices
• Experience with equity underwriting and structuring
• Understanding of financial statements and market dynamics
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
