Job Description
This role is an opportunity to join a large-cap U.S. equity portfolio management team, working closely with two senior portfolio managers. The Investment Analyst will play an active role in the investment process while developing the skills needed to construct and manage institutional portfolios. The position offers direct access to senior investment professionals across the firm as well as regular engagement with corporate C-suite executives, providing an exceptional foundation for a long-term career in equity investing.
Responsibilities
- Aid in portfolio management activities including risk management and stock selection
- Collaborate with investment analysts and portfolio managers on extensive financial analysis and company- and industry-related research projects
- Incorporate macroeconomic and thematic analysis into bottom-up company research to support investment decisions
- Interact with public company executives both in our offices and in the field
- Learn directly from senior investment professionals while providing fundamental equity research support
- Provide investment insight and meaningfully impact the investment process beyond number crunching
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record
- Minimum of two years of experience in the financial services industry
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills, including demonstrated ability to build three-statement models
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with investment professionals and other business partners across the firm
- Ability to work independently and to contribute as part of a team, with strict attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to utilize large language models (LLMs) in a research or analytical workflow
- Proficiency in Python
- Demonstrated interest in continuous learning and professional development
- Passion for equity investing and financial markets
- Progress toward the CFA designation is a plus
Job Description

Base Pay
The estimated base salary for this role is $100,000 - $120,000 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role. Work Schedule
Full-time Exempt/Non-Exempt Exempt. Employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week. Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.
