About the role
Equipment Technician role is full-time and on-site in our Chandler, AZ. This role will report directly to the Site Manager/Operations Lead.
Responsibilities
- Prepare orders for outbound shipments in a timely fashion
- Receive inbound (returned equipment), inspect equipment for issues and perform functional tests
- Follow packing standards for preparing outbound orders
- Utilize shipping software to prepare labels and schedule shipments
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to learn new equipment and systems through self-directed research, manager-led training and observation
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and clarity
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and asking questions to build understanding
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with document control or knowledge management systems a plus
- Interest in or willingness to work with load bank equipment used in data center environments (preferred)
