Equipment Technician, Advanced Packaging

Role Overview Seeking a motivated Equipment Technician within the Advanced Packaging Technology Development department, responsible for maintaining and improving manufacturing equipment used in memory and storage solutions. This role involves collaborating with R&D, equipment, and materials teams to develop and implement new technology nodes, supporting innovation in semiconductor products. Key Responsibilities Monitor, troubleshoot, and repair electro-mechanical equipment using diagnostic tools and technical documentation.Perform preventive maintenance, dismantle, adjust, and assemble equipment according to plans and manuals.Modify and rebuild equipment as directed by engineering to support operational needs.Ensure equipment performance and reliability, sometimes working in confined spaces or while wearing protective gear. Qualifications & Skills Associates of Applied Science in Electronics Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, or equivalent military experience.Knowledge of AC/DC circuits, electronics fundamentals, and basic math/problem-solving skills.Proficiency with PCs and MS Office; understanding of SPC principles is a plus.Preferred: prior experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
