Equipment Technician, Advanced Packaging

About the Role

Equipment Technician in the Advanced Packaging Technology Development department, responsible for maintaining and improving manufacturing equipment used in memory and storage solutions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor tool performance
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot, repair, modify, and rebuild electro-mechanical equipment using diagnostic tools and technical documentation
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and suppliers to ensure efficient technology transfer and implementation

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Electronics Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, or equivalent military experience
• Knowledge of AC/DC circuits, electronics, and basic math
• PC skills including MS Office
• Understanding of SPC principles

Preferred Qualifications

• Higher degrees or semiconductor industry experience

Physical & Technical Requirements

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, crouching, and working in confined spaces
• Use hand tools
• Wear respirators if needed
• Mechanical and electronic troubleshooting skills
