Equipment Support II
This position is located in Montebello, CA 90640.
About the role
You will be assisting our drivers, mechanics, and customers with operations, loading, and unloading of equipment for transport. Must be comfortable operating equipment and ensuring equipment is properly cleaned and ready for rent. You prioritize safety within the workplace, it is one of our top core values. You are a team player willing to help your team members meet performance goals. Full range of motion and agility is a requirement—you’ll be climbing in and out of equipment a lot.
Responsibilities
- Operate construction equipment
- Assist with loading and unloading equipment for transport
- Maintain and clean equipment to ensure readiness for rent
- Work outside in various weather conditions within our shop, branch, and yard
- Uphold safety as a top priority in all workplace activities
Requirements
- Previous 1 year of experience with operating construction equipment or construction experience is preferred
- Must be comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions
- Full range of motion and agility to climb in and out of equipment frequently
- Commitment to safety and teamwork
Pay
Pay Range: $21.25 - $26.60 per hour, dependent on experience. Paid weekly.
Schedule
Typical Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Overtime eligible).
