Equipment Support II

About the role

Assist drivers and customers with loading and unloading equipment onto trailers for transport. Ensure equipment is properly cleaned and ready for rent. Work outside in the yard elements at the Concord, NC branch, frequently climbing in and out of equipment. Contribute to a strong safety focus, demonstrate good organizational skills, be motivated to meet goals, and work as a team player. Show drive and ambition for career advancement, be self‑motivated to grow and learn in a fast‑paced environment, and act as a self‑starter willing to learn and show initiative. Responsibilities

• Assist drivers and customers with loading and unloading equipment onto trailers for transport.
• Ensure equipment is properly cleaned and ready for rent.
• Work outside in the yard elements (onsite Concord, NC branch).
• Climb in and out of equipment frequently.

Requirements

• Previous 1 year of experience operating construction equipment or general labor experience preferred.
• Comfortable operating equipment.
• Comfortable working outside in the elements.
• Full range of motion (ability to climb in and out of equipment regularly).

Pay

Starting at $19 per hour, dependent on experience; overtime after 40 hours; quarterly branch performance bonus; paid weekly.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM; overtime eligible.
