About the role

You will be assisting our drivers and customers with the loading and unloading of equipment onto trailers for transport. Must be comfortable operating equipment, ensuring equipment is properly cleaned and ready for rent, and working outside within the elements in a yard at our Baton Rouge, LA branch.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading of equipment onto trailers
• Operate construction equipment
• Clean and prepare equipment for rent
• Maintain a strong safety focus
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions

Requirements

• Previous 1 year of experience with operating construction equipment or general labor experience is preferred
• Full range of motion; ability to climb in and out of equipment frequently
• Good organizational skills and motivated to meet goals
• Team-oriented and willing to help team members
• Self-motivated to grow and learn in a fast-paced environment
• Driven and ambitious with a focus on career advancement
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Pay

Pay range dependent on experience. Overtime paid after 40 hours.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (overtime eligible).
