Responsibilities

• Assisting drivers and customers with the loading and unloading of equipment onto trailers for transport.
• Operating equipment and ensuring equipment is properly cleaned and ready for rent.
• Working outside within the elements in a yard at the onsite Concord, NC branch.

Requirements

• Previous 1 year of experience with operating construction equipment or general labor experience is preferred.
• Comfortable operating equipment.
• Comfortable working outside within the elements in a yard.
• Strong safety focus – safety is one of our top core values.
• Good organizational skills.
• Motivated to meet goals.
• Team oriented – willing to help team members.
• Driven and ambitious to have a rewarding career with a growing company.
• Self-motivated to grow and learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Full range of motion is required – you'll be climbing in and out of equipment frequently.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Self-starter, willing to learn, and shows initiative.
• Room for advancement within the company for those seeking career growth.

Pay

• Starting at $19 - $24 per hour dependent on experience.
• Paid weekly.
• Overtime after 40 hours.
• Quarterly branch performance bonus.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Overtime Eligible).
