Equipment Service Technician - Assembly

Responsibilities

• Responding to equipment emergencies, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Supporting preventative maintenance, project activities, and plant shutdowns
• Assisting with new equipment installation and modifications
• Documenting activities in the Equipment Management System (Maximo)
• Reporting downtime and participating in shift meetings
• Providing cross-functional support to production departments

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; two-year technical degree or maintenance experience preferred
• Experience with robotics, PLCs, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Ability to troubleshoot robots, servo/electrical systems, and interpret technical prints
• Strong computer, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

Working Conditions

• Manufacturing environment with multiple shifts
• Potential for overtime, including weekends and holidays
• Occasional travel for training and equipment build events
