Responsibilities
- Responding to equipment emergencies, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Supporting preventative maintenance, project activities, and plant shutdowns
- Assisting with new equipment installation and modifications
- Documenting activities in the Equipment Management System (Maximo)
- Reporting downtime and participating in shift meetings
- Providing cross-functional support to production departments
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; two-year technical degree or maintenance experience preferred
- Experience with robotics, PLCs, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Ability to troubleshoot robots, servo/electrical systems, and interpret technical prints
- Strong computer, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Working Conditions
- Manufacturing environment with multiple shifts
- Potential for overtime, including weekends and holidays
- Occasional travel for training and equipment build events
