About the role

We are seeking a qualified Equipment Service Associate to support manufacturing operations through technical expertise in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently
• Supporting production targets
• Completing scheduled maintenance using CMMS (Maximo)
• Supporting projects to improve department performance

Requirements

Understanding equipment functionality, troubleshooting skills, mechanical repair capabilities, and the use of electrical test meters.

Qualifications

Technical associate degree or equivalent experience, with skills in electrical troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, and root cause analysis.
