About the role

Although this is not a managerial role, a seasoned candidate with leadership and initiative qualities is an ideal match for the job expectations. The ideal candidate for this position would have strong experience with equipment repair, strong mechanical aptitude, and specifically some experience working with electronics or small motor repair. Alliance Source Testing is a service company that provides air sampling from industrial smokestacks. The Equipment Maintenance Technician is a vital part of the stack testing operations of each office. A self‑starter who will work under the guidance of the Operations Manager and Project Management team. This position supports field work activities by ensuring that equipment is maintained to the standards of Alliance Source Testing. The Equipment Coordinator will support an office with at least 10 field personnel and will play a key role in maximizing efficiency of the field staff.
Responsibilities
- Repair, cleaning and organization of various test equipment as well as the warehouse/office facilities
- Electrical and Mechanical repair of sampling equipment
- Performing maintenance on sampling equipment
