Inside Sales Representative

Develop skills for career growth through an outside sales or operational management career track. Use your inside sales or customer service skills for steady hours & potential overtime. Work with an incredible team of people to make it happen for customers.

• Support telephone and walk-in customers with rentalsof all types of construction/industrial equipment.
• Understand customer equipment needs, negotiate and place orders.
• Deliver customer satisfaction through a professional attitude at all times.

Education or Experience

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Familiarity with various types of construction/industrial tools & equipment is required.

Skills and Abilities

• Previous equipment rental industry experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service & telephone skills are essential.
• Solid computer and administrative skills are necessary.
• Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process is preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations.

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.

Pay Range

Base Pay Range: $20.31 - 24.12
Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
