Equipment Operator (Temp Conversion)
About the role
As an Equipment Operator, you will play an important part of the team by assisting in order picking, let downs, replenishment, and supporting all departments in meeting their goals. You’ll be working with products from clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

Responsibilities
- Operate specific motorized warehouse machinery like forklifts, order/cherry picker, reach truck, and electric pallet-jacks
- Perform receiving, replenishments, shipping, scanning, and cycle counting along with other general warehouse duties
- Follow NRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol, and standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Keep work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times
Requirements
- 3+ months of forklift experience on stand-up reach and/or cherry picker
- Must be 18 years or older to apply
- Clean driving record
- Physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to:
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
- Walking and standing for extended periods
- Climbing ladders/stairs
- Working at heights in elevated areas
- Tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, and cold
Skills
- Ability to learn a basic warehouse management scanning system (WMS)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
- Trustworthy and moral character (pre-employment background & drug tests are required)
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm
Pay
Starting pay: $22.00 per hour (including $1 shift differential)
