Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring production equipment operates at peak performance by performing repairs, preventive maintenance, and equipment adjustments.
• Participates in playing a critical role in minimizing downtime, supporting production flow, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
• Diagnoses equipment issues and determines appropriate repair or maintenance actions.
• Performs repairs, adjustments, and preventive maintenance to keep production equipment running efficiently.
• Cleans, lubricates, and inspects machine parts to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment life.
• Communicates equipment status and repair timelines clearly with supervisors and team members.
