What You'll Do
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment, conveyor systems, motors, pneumatic systems, and mechanical equipment
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and identify root causes to minimize downtime
- Support production teams by responding to equipment breakdowns and maintenance requests
- Read and interpret diagrams, equipment manuals, and technical specifications
- Complete maintenance projects and work orders safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Partner with operators and production staff to improve equipment reliability and performance
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (food manufacturing)
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with pneumatic systems, motors, conveyors, and production equipment
- Ability to read technical diagrams and equipment manuals
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced production environment
Pay
$29.00 - $31.00 / hr
