Troubleshooting and Repair
- Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process.
- Dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings.
- Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts.
- Rebuilds manufacturing equipment as required.
- May perform equipment modifications as directed by manufacturing engineers.
Maintenance and Support
- Perform preventive maintenance in accordance with PM specifications.
- Give accurate and detailed pass downs of problems found and repairs performed.
- Update and maintain equipment logs and work orders in MES and CMMS.
Collaboration and Continuous Improvement
- Work with equipment engineering and other cross functional groups in support of continuous improvement activities for availability, productivity, and yield enhancement.
- Aid in equipment upgrades and the installation and startup of new equipment.
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range: N40-USA-1 :$29.80 - $37.25
Final base salary for the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to, job location, where work will be performed, qualifications, work history and relevant experience.
