Equipment Maintenance Technician
Troubleshooting and Repair
- Troubleshoot and repair automated equipment in Stack Manufacturing
- Perform machine installations or modifications per instructions
- Execute and track preventive maintenance activities
- Evaluate equipment and create maintenance procedures as requested
- Suggest improvements for tool set
- Help implement upgrades to machines
- Assist with manufacturing when required
- Support equipment testing group
- Ensure proper Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) compliance
Skills and Experience
- 8+ years’ experience in a high capacity manufacturing environment
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Experience with Automated Equipment
- Good Attendance, Initiative, responsible follow through and a willingness to help
- Experience with Automated equipment
- Understands how to read PLC schematics and diagnose issues
- Able to troubleshoot and correct digital and analog I/O issues
- Strong trouble-shooting skills required
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communicator
- Able to follow both written and verbal instructions
- Must have computer skills, minimum Microsoft office
- Experience with small hand and power tools
- Previous experience with PC-based testing equipment preferred
- Able to complete tasks within standard times with minimum supervision
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
- Able to lift 25 lbs
- Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Flexible with changing shift or work schedule
About the Role
This role will report to the Equipment Maintenance Supervisor and will be based in Fremont, CA. This is a fully on-site, in-office role five days a week.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $35.98 - $51.76.
