Equipment Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

The Equipment Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all company equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
• Train and mentor junior technicians
• Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot equipment issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in equipment maintenance
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Skills

• Knowledge of HVAC systems
• Experience with industrial machinery
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
