About the role
The Account Executive, Captive manages captive account transactions from pricing through funding, refinancing, end-of-lease, and replacement deals. Each account requires specialized, prioritized service from initial pricing to lease termination. The role involves structuring transactions to deliver maximum customer value while optimizing gross profit and ensuring full compliance with lender requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide financing solutions, manage execution, and track completion
- Build strong relationships with internal partners and external customers
- Perform lease vs. buy analysis, residual value analysis, credit review, and assessment of lender options for new/used equipment, refinances, sale-leasebacks, and GuaranteedFLEET transactions
- Gather and submit required credit documentation
- Handle documentation requests, ensure timely completion, and review for accuracy and compliance
- Track and forecast payment obligations
- Manage timing, issuing, and tracking of return notices; handle chargebacks, overages, and related actions
- Identify and manage refinancing opportunities
- Create custom reporting for stakeholders

Requirements
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
- Self-starter with a strong desire to succeed and earn commission
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum)
- 1–3 years of experience; preference for candidates with equipment finance industry experience or sales/support roles involving leasing/financing
- Ability to build and sustain relationships
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Physical Demands
- Regularly required to sit or stand for 8+ hours, use hands to type/handle, and talk/hear
- Frequently required to walk and reach with hands/arms
- Occasionally required to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
- Close vision and ability to adjust focus required

Pay
$115,000 – $150,000 base salary plus commission
